Reservations and Security Deposits A reservation deposit of $250.00 is required. No reservations can be held without receipt of the deposit which is applied toward the rental amount at the time of departure. Please have exact dates ready when making reservations. A security deposit in the amount of $1000.00 is required at the time of departure. This is not a charge and is fully refundable if the unit is returned in the same condition in which it left. Payment Terms Full payment of pre-estimated mileage, daily rate, insurance, sales tax, and any options for the unit is due in cash, certified funds, travelers check, or credit cards at the time of departure. Personal and company checks will be honored only if received 15 days prior to departure. Major Credit Cards Honored: Visa -- Discover -- MasterCard American Express Minimum Age - 25 years old Sorry, but smoking and pets are not allowed in units. Availability We reserve the right to substitute vehicle models of similar or higher quality. Should a model of a lower grade be accepted, liability will be limited to refund of price differential between model paid and model accepted. Insurance Fun Rentals provides statutory automobile liability insurance against third party claims for the protection of the renter or authorized drivers. In the event of loss or damage, the customer is responsible for the deductible ($2,000). However, you may purchase an Insurance Deductible Reduction (IDR), which will reduce your deductible to $500, at the following cost per day: Daily rate - $9 Certain items are exempt from any insurance coverage such as interior, undercarriage, and overhead damage as specified in our rental contract. All provisions of our rental agreement apply to each rental, and the client will be required to sign the agreement at the time of vehicle delivery. Preparation Fee There is a mandatory pre-sanitation fee in the amount of $125.00. This will make provisions for sanitizing the unit, holding tanks chemicals, toilet paper, fresh water tank filled, and first tank of propane. Cancellation Charges Deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to pick-up Cleaning We deliver the motorhome clean and require it returned clean. Mechanical Failure There is a 24-hour toll free emergency road service. In the event a breakdown should occur, we will automatically reimburse you for any repairs less than $100.00. For amounts greater than $100.00, call us collect. We will pay for legitimate, pre-authorized repairs provided invoices and receipts are presented. Obviously, if the breakdown is due to your misuse of the vehicle, you are liable for all repairs. Check-in/Check-out For your convenience and to better serve you, schedule a specific arrival time for pick-up. The recreational vehicle will be completely examined as to operations and condition with you and a representative of Toronto R.V. The vehicle will have gasoline, propane, and water. The holding tanks will be dumped and the interior and exterior will be clean. Allow at least one hour for check-out. Again, for your convenience, return time is scheduled. When you return the vehicle, we will again jointly inspect the unit for damages. The interior and exterior are to be clean and all personal belongings removed. Gasoline and propane tanks are to be returned at the same level you received them and holding tanks emptied. After reconciliation of mileage, fuel, cleaning and damages (if any), the deposit will be refunded. Allow one hour for check-in. There are no refunds or credits for early returns. Mileage, Fuel and Other Expenses We include 700 kms per week with each additional km costing 30 cents. Once on the road, fuel, campground fees, all moving and nonmoving violations and other trip expenses are the renter's responsibility.
